Most of the time all the users can login to SQL.
On occation one or two will fail.
If I then try their login using Query Analyser it works...and then they are
able to log in.
What's going on?!?!?!

Have you enabled failed login auditing on both the server and SQL Server?

Intermittent Logon
Most of the time all the users can login to SQL.
On occation one or two will fail.
If I then try their login using Query Analyser it works...and then they are
able to log in.
