Interface not registered using Excel/mail?

I am trying to mail an excel Spreadsheet using the E-mail icon.
When I go to mail I get the error "Interface not registered"
I gotta believe it's something simple? I use Office 2003
Are you using SQL Server Integration Services? If so please can you describe in a tiny bit more detail what you mean by "When I go to mail"?|||I am not sure what you mean by SQL Server Integration Services but here is exactly what happens

You are posting this in a SQL Server Integration Services newsgroup. If you've never heard of it then maybe, just maybe, you're not in the right place. What do you think?
